launch party for Derek Maxfield’s audiobook Man of Fire: William Tecumseh Sherman in the Civil War

Published by Savas Beatie in 2023 as part of the Emerging Civil War series, Man of Fire has been widely available in print and digital versions but lacked an audiobook. Maxfield recorded the narration of his book in GO ART!’s podcast studio in the summer of 2024. It is now available for purchase on Amazon via Audible.
A former radio personality, Maxfield has long desired to narrate one of his own books. “It has been on my bucket list for sure,” Maxfield said about the project. “I am so grateful to GO ART! for allowing me to record in their studio.”
