The Hoag Music Series is a free concert series at Hoag Library aimed at bringing musical artists to Orleans County who have never before performed here.
With one foot in Chengdu, China and one foot in Rochester, New York, O and her pipa bridge the gap between traditional Chinese folk music and American folk rock.
